The Association of Independent Maryland and DC Schools encompasses a network of 121 institutions and over 8,000 educators. It comprises a vast network of individuals who are driven to make learning meaningful for students. This session will highlight multiple AIMS events that exemplify how to leverage this community for professional development, as well as how student involvement can enhance these events. Events highlighted include AIMS Learning to Lead, AIMS Sexuality Education Symposium, and AIMS Building Partnerships.
